What is happening is that it keeps refreshing itself as if stuck in a loop and then the tick box magically re-disables itself.

Deimax says no connections are available, upon troubleshooting it says its due to the device The device ln hovered over says that it is disabled. When i hover over the icon in the start bar i get the error message you see in the title; “Edimax 11n usb wireless lan is disable”.
